  • Sales order processing (aspects of purchasing/purchase order processing for holiday cover)
  • Credit control
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Devising and maintaining office systems
  • Arrange meetings/appointments and organising travel/accommodation
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information

Skills

  • IT skills (must be able to use word/excel)
  • Good at multi tasking
  • Knowledge of Sage accounting - useful but not essential
  • Meticulous and good time keeping
  • Well organised
  • Team player
