- Sales order processing (aspects of purchasing/purchase order processing for holiday cover)
- Credit control
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Devising and maintaining office systems
- Arrange meetings/appointments and organising travel/accommodation
- Invoicing
- Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information
Skills
- IT skills (must be able to use word/excel)
- Good at multi tasking
- Knowledge of Sage accounting - useful but not essential
- Meticulous and good time keeping
- Well organised
- Team player
