How we help our clients

MANCHESTER CENTRAL utilised our services to monitor and gain visibility of over 170 meters across their portfolio. This comprehensive view of the whole portfolio in one place allows them to identify sites that are high usage offenders and address potential issues.

OUNDLE SCHOOL utilised t-mac to monitor and gain visibility of their energy. This has helped them improve their practices at facilities to increase energy savings and cut carbon usage. They use the data received to drive change in the business ensuring they aren’t using more energy than necessary.

We worked with LADBROKES on a bespoke solution for their air conditioning. By adding smart controls to their sites, they achieved a saving of £121k within the first 4 months alone. We expect Ladbrokes to make a further saving of £338k a year with further smart protocols all managed by the t-mac unit.

We carried out a review for ICELAND of their current lighting usage and it was clear controls could be implemented via the t-mac that could reduce the sites lighting energy consumption. This resulted in a 17% decrease in the overall energy usage from lighting across 1600 sites. Along with other monitoring applications the ROI for this solution was 18 months.
