Wates Sustainable Technology Services (WSTS) supports customers and partners of the Wates Group in achieving their sustainability goals. This is achieved by helping to identify, select and implement cost-effective proven sustainable technologies that comply with regulations, lower carbon emissions, improve building performance and reduce operational costs.

WSTS received in excess of 150 applications in the latest round of selection and chose just 16 to become Innovation Partners.

To date, there are 57 products in the Wates portfolio and the t-mac Mini BMS solution is one of these.
